Grupo Costa Azul is a family-owned company founded in 1995 by Adrián Cubero, with a vision to develop solid, well-planned, and high-value real estate projects. From its beginnings, the company has executed ambitious projects that allowed for steady growth, consolidating experience and deep knowledge in real estate development across various regions of the country.

In 2008, Geberth Gamboa joined the team, bringing a strategic and operational vision that strengthened the company's structure. Since then, both partners have worked together with complementary strengths, providing expertise, insight, and leadership in creating real estate projects characterized by high capital appreciation, scenic beauty, and balance with the natural environment.
