Costa Azul was one of the company's first real estate developments, spanning over 120 hectares and giving rise to more than 90 properties. This project inspired the commercial name that eventually became Grupo Costa Azul.

Costa Azul

Palma de Osa is a real estate project located in Palmar, Puntarenas, consisting of more than 25 properties with access from the South Inter-American Highway. The project offers open views of the coastal plains and is strategically located near the area’s main services. Its execution involved significant technical challenges, particularly in the implementation of extensive potable water aqueducts, allowing the company to acquire solid experience in managing and installing basic utility infrastructure.

Palma de Osa

Ecoparíso was a large-scale development conceived across 305 hectares in northern Costa Rica, a region characterized by rivers, waterfalls, lakes, and rich biodiversity. The unique nature of the land presented exceptional challenges during execution, including the impact of the 2009 Cinchona earthquake—a significant seismic event that affected infrastructure across the country. While Ecoparíso did not conclude as a traditional subdivision, the property was consolidated as a developed estate, providing the company with invaluable experience in operational resilience and crisis management.

Ecoparaíso

Bosquemar is a low-density residential development and one of the company's most emblematic projects. It is an exclusive subdivision located in front of the renowned Playa Ballena in Osa, characterized by its privileged natural setting and high residential quality. The project features direct access from the Costanera highway and its own private access to the sea. The property, part of the family heritage since the 1970s, was transformed into a high-end development that today hosts premium homes, maintaining a careful balance between local flora and fauna and modern comfort.

Bosquemar

Palmitas was one of the first medium-density projects developed by the company in southern Costa Rica. The project included more than 90 commercial-sized properties, primarily designed for housing and oriented toward creating a residential community. Its planning sought a balance between urban proximity and natural surroundings, allowing residents to enjoy closeness to the nearest city without sacrificing the privacy and connection to nature typical of the region.

Palmitas

Quintas Caracol was a real estate development executed over 60 hectares in the Corredores area of Puntarenas, near the Costa Rica-Panama border. During its execution, the project faced various planning adjustments, particularly regarding parceling and adaptation to external regional conditions. These circumstances allowed the company to strengthen its adaptability and decision-making in variable scenarios, successfully leading the development to its completion.

Quintas Caracol

Costa Holanda was a real estate development consisting of 30 lots located in Palmar Sur, Osa. The properties, offered at accessible sizes, were geared toward local professionals seeking to settle near the center of Palmar, maintaining a practical and functional location. Its execution coincided with other simultaneous developments, allowing the company to gain valuable experience in managing and coordinating multiple parallel initiatives.
